# WhatsApp message for Barkha

Hi Barkha! While building the AI support bot I read through the full shortcuts sheet. It's really
solid. I found just a few spots where two approved answers say slightly different things, so the bot
doesn't know which to trust. Could you tell me the correct one for each? You can just reply "1: A"
etc.

*1. Can users edit their name in the app?*
- One answer: "Go to Settings > My Account, you can edit your name."
- Another: "once set, this field is not editable within our system."
Which is true right now?

*2. Steps to change email*
- One answer: Profile > My Account > tap the edit icon next to email > "enter and verify your new
  email address."
- Another: Profile > Settings > My Account > "you can change your email id here" (no edit icon, no
  verify step).
Which matches the current app?

*3. Taking a break / gap in the program*
- Original answer: "if your break extended beyond 3 days, it might be best to restart the program."
- Relaxed answer: for a week+ gap, "revisit the earlier days" (no restart).
Is that meant to differ between Original and Relaxed, or should both say the same thing?

Two quick confirms too:
- A couple of general answers say "on Day 6 you'll get the tools for this." That's only right for
Original (Day 6 = quit day); for Relaxed, Day 6 is early. Can I change those to "later in the
  program"?
- One answer quotes the Relaxed price as *$25/month* — should that be updated to the current price?

Thanks! Once you confirm, I'll update the bot and it'll be consistent everywhere. 🙏

## Refund — RESOLVED (no action needed)

Sourced the canonical policy from the live refund-form project (`quitsure-refund-form/app.py`):
first subscription only, full program completed, within 21 days (Original) / 60 days (Relaxed).
The bot's id 72 now states this correctly and routes to the eligibility form
(web.quitsure.app/refund); the old unconditional "no risk" line (id 125) is excluded. Nothing to
send Ram on this.
